
The Servant Leadership Program is an essential part of the work and credibility that the Qiriazi Center has built over the years. Many students who have participated in the program are now involved in improving their communities as a result of learning about and being challenged to become today's servant leaders.
The three day program is hosted "retreat style" in the Rugova Mountains that surround Peja, Kosova. Volunteers from the USA and other parts of the world help to staff the program as experienced lecturers and small-group trainers.
Training topics include: Vision and Mission Planning; Listening and Communication Skills; Essential Servant Leader Character Traits; Developing a Spirit of Excellence; Conflict Resolution; Understanding Personality Types; Management and Strategic Planning.

Similar to our Servant Leadership Program, Winter Retreat provides another opportunity for participants to learn practical leadership skills, while having additional time to connect with like minded peers in an intentional collaborative setting.
The weekend program is hosted "retreat style" outside the capitol in order to give time away to learn and reflect.
Training topics include: Building Trust, Goal Setting, Self awareness & Personality testing, Basics of EQ, Management & Leadership practical skills.

Explore your Values, Motivation, and Blind Spots.
Led by American professionals, this free conversation course will include discussions on “ How do I know I can trust someone? What makes someone trust me? Can I repair trust after it’s broken? How do my daily actions speak louder than what I say? How important are first impressions? In this course, we’ll explore the three circles of trust—from the values at your core, to the daily actions that prove your credibility, to the subtle cues that shape first impressions. You’ll learn how to earn trust, repair it when it’s broken, and strengthen it in workplaces, virtual teams, and even personal relationships. "
The course will have small group discussions and activities, games, short videos in English with no subtitles, vocabulary, and require completing online assessments outside of class. This is an advanced English conversation course.
All lectures, discussions, and activities will be in English. The topic is especially for university students and working adults, you must be at least a high school senior to apply.
